FB 7050 not responding at all

Hi there,

Hope someone can help me, I had before 7050 working exelent. I have tried to connect it today again, but it doesnt respond at all. Tried all, it is connected to LAN A with original red cable, tried DHCP, got some odd IPs, they I add 192.168.178.150 IP on PC and tried 192.168.178.1 and 254 with no respond at all. Can anyone tell me what shall I do?

Can not ping it also.

Is there another DHCP-Server? If yes, the ip-range from the fb must be outside from the one of the other server. If no, try to reset your fb with a phone connected to your fb. The code can be found in the manual of your box. Then try to connect again.

I'm not shure if i understand you correctly. Did you set the IP of your PC manualy? Then try to set "Get the IP from DHCP".

On the CD from your box is a recover tool (recover.exe). Try to connect your PC by one cable (Lan A). It have to be the only patch-cable for the recovery.
Then run the tool. It will search the box and reset it completely.

Hi,

if you use the latest firmware try 169.254.1.1
Workaround to reset the box without connect: use a phone and the keypad ( #991*15901590* )

Did it by phone, was the easiest way, now it works fine.
