headphone mode

After disconnecting headpfone set,
the phone remains in headphone mode.
Any idea?

Tryed to change firmware, it doesn't help!!!

In my case the problem was mechanical. Unplugging and plugging in the headphone repeatedly and additionally moving the jack in the socket helped.

Don't use the headset jack, low quality switch, does break.
