Help for Freecall

Sorry for posting in English but unfortunately ich sprahe kein Deutsch , probably spelled that inccorectly too so sorry again.

My problem is that the verification sms sent by freecall software didnt arrive at my phone, and i retried for 4 times and was charged. I have tried contacting customer support form the website but after 2 weeks still no response, and their phone number doesnt let you speak to anyone. I was wondering if anyone here knew how to get help on this matter. Acc name "Forsaker"

ich habe das selbe problem, ich würde gerne per paypal mein guthaben aufladen, erhalte aber keinen SMS Verification Code. Handynummer ist aufjedenfall richtig hinterlegt, was mache ich falsch? Gibts da sonst noch irgendwas zu beachten?

Schau mal bei den Resellern (Unterforum hier). Da hast Du das Problem nicht, es ist günstiger und kannst auch mit PayPal bezahlen.

Problem habe ich auch mittlerweile behoben, hatte die 49 vor meiner nummer vergessen :blonk:
