how to dial a '*' on 7050

Hi

I have a fritzbox 7050 and one of my sip accounts is registered to www.pbxes.org. Now on that site I have some voicemail which I can retrieve by dialling *97. I cant work out how to dial this I have tried *122#*97 but it doesnt work. I am sure someone here must know how but I cant find it.

Freeworlddialup for instance uses * when dialling a freephone number.

You've to activate the keypad-function at your phone. Please, look at the description of your phone how to do this.

Ok I have worked it out I have to dial

*122#*#*97 which is *122# for the provider, *#* to get a *

 

[Telefonmännchen]

Dial *# befor you enter your *97 sequence. Otherwise the 7050 tries to interprete the *-code for themself. hth
