Images Transparency Problem

I have the problem with the writes of images in Mobile Customizer. How to save them without the background. Please help . I use PS CS2.

... how i can save images in PS CS2 to get transparent images in TC300 (ex. PC utylity icon, menu icons, smal phone icons etc.). Images will be converted in Mobile Customizer.

I test:
- PNG (8bit, 24bit with and without transparency)
- BMP (16bit)

Hi, if I understood well the images are 16 bit and sorry no transparency. If you want a transaprency effect your picture will need to look like it. Take care

- Menu icons have transparency
- Smool icons like antenna, PC Utylity, key blockade, etc.

I not understand why I can not do this? There is the tranparency option in the programme (Mobile Customizer).

This icons are transparent ! So, how to mede own with transparency

I not belief in this that can not do this.
