[Problem] N720 - sporadische Signalverlust von Telefonen

Hallo,

wir haben eine N720 Infrastruktur (FW 101) mit 12 Antennen und 98 DECT Telefonen unterschiedlicher Gigaset Baureihen auf aktuellem Firmwarestand im Einsatz.

Die Telefone std.mäßig haben gute Signalstärken und arbeiten wie erwartet. Sporadisch bricht aber für 3-5 Sekunden die Kopplung zur Basis ab. Nach dieser Zeit sind die Telefone wieder eingewählt und kehren zur normalen Betriebsbereitschaft zurück.

Ich das Problem bekannt? Wenn ja, wo liegt der Fehler? Wenn nein, gibt es evtl. Hinweise?

Das kann viele Ursachen haben, aber ohne weitere Angaben von dir eher ein Raten ins Blaue.

Häufige Ursache sind aber Systeme die nicht eingemessen sind und die Verwendung von Mobilteilen die nicht für die Multizelle zertifiziert sind.

Ein wenig mehr Infos von deiner Seite könnten helfen.

Falls Ja: Dann wieder zurück zur Vorgängerfirmware 100 oder etwas riskanter gleich ein Update auf 102.

Nebenbei: Auf der N510IP sind seit der akt. Firmware 42.240 ebenfalls sporadische Basisverluste zu sehen.
 
Ja, wir haben die 101er Version aufgrund vieler LDAP Bugs in den früheren Versionen... wollen deshalb eigentlich auch zügig auf die 102er ... falls es aber Hinweise gibt, dass die sporadischen Disconnects 101-spezifisch sind, werden wir schnell aktiv werden müssen...

Nein nicht dediziert ausgemessen...wir haben auf Basis der webbasierten Graphenansicht gearbeitet und in der Platzierung nachjustiert ... dort sieht es in Ordnung aus. Die kurzen Ausfälle der Handgeräte kommen unabhängig vom Standort auch auf Sync Ebene 1 ... volle Signalstärke - und plötzlich für 2 Sek "Keine Basis" - danach wieder voller Empfang.

Gib uns doch bitte einen Screenshot der die Ereignisse in den Basisstationen zeigt.

Welche Mobilteile werden verwendet? Gigasetmobilteile aus dem Endkundenbereich, die nicht für das N720 Multizellensystem ausgeleg sind und die entsprechende Firmware haben, können einen nicht unerheblichen störenden Einfluss auch auf die anderen Mobilteile haben. Dies kann bis zum Gesprächsverlust führen.

ich hatte doch die Log gepostet... die Basisstationen zeigen auf der Weboberfläche keine auffälligen Ereignisse.

Mobileteile: SL750H Pro, SL400, E630, S810 ... alle mit aktueller Firmware. Die SL400, E630 und S810 waren vorher ebenfalls in einem älteren Multicell-DECT System im Einsatz und wurden nach dem Firmwareupdate am neuen System registriert. Die SL750H Pro wurden zusätzlich beschafft, um andere Altgeräte abzulösen.
 
Mobilteile aus dem Endkundenbereich werden nur als GAP unterstützt (Anmelden am System, ein-/ausgehende Telefonie). Das für das N720 Multizellensystem notwendige Roaming für Handover wird nicht unterstützt. Beim Dectkanalwechsel schiessen sich die Mobilteile dann schonmal gerne gegenseitig aus dem System.

Ich empfehle dir für ein stabiles System zunächst mal, wie von foschi schon erwähnt, das System mit dem N720 Messkit auszumessen. Anschliessend den Austauch der Endkundenmobilteile gegen Mobilteile aus dem Gigaset Pro Bereich. Das erspart dir eine Menge Unzufriedenheit bei deinem Kunden.
 
Diese Aussage kann ich aus mehrerer Testszeanien nicht bestätigen.

1. Wir haben mehrere Roaming Tests mit den SL400H durch den gesamten DECT Abdeckungsbereich durchgeführt ...reibungsloses Handover.
2. Die Probleme treten nicht beim Zellenwechsel auf, sondern im stationären Idle-Betrieb ohne Last, auch in Bereichen(Basisstationen), in denen ausschließlich SL750h Pro Geräte ausgegeben worden.

Die Empfehlung ist nett gemeint, würde aber nochmal 50 neue Telefone bedeuten, welche das Budget belasten. Solange nicht 100%ig geklärt ist, bekomme ich solche Vorschläge nicht durch die Genehmigung.
 
Das parallele Auftreten des sporadischen Basisverlustes in mehreren Gigaset-Firmwares lässt eher auf einen Fehler in der Programmierung eines gemeinsam benutzten Code-Teils schließen.
 
@maddoc0815: habt ihr die Mindestabstände, die DECT-Zellen räumlich voneinander haben müssen (dreidimensional denken!) eingehalten?
 
Ich sehe das auch so wie MuP, denn die Abbrüche kommen auch bei der N510 IP Pro vor, und das bei nur 3 Meter Abstand zur Basis.
 
Wir haben eine N510 IP PRO mit 4 R650H PRO im Einsatz und haben ständig Unterbrüche.
Es ist eine kleine Installation, aber sehr ärgerlich, wenn beim telefonieren plötzlich der Kunde an der toten Leitung hängt.
Reproduzierbar ist es nicht. Die Geräte haben oft volle Empfangsanzeige verlieren aber in 10-20 Meter Sichtweite der N510 den Empfang.
Habe das "Gefühl" dass wenn unsere 4 Geräte benutzt und herum getragen werden der Fehler vermehrt auftritt.

Alles auf neuster Firmware.
 
"neueste Firmware" ist zu ungenau, denn vielleicht liegt ja ein Irrtum vor:
Firmware Mobilteil R650H bei mir: 117.013.04

Und man soll nach dem FW-Update der N510 IP PRO sowie der Mobilteile jedes Mobilteil neu an der Basis registrieren.
 
Das Gleiche trifft auch auf die billigen Ausführungen der Gigaset-Geräte zu. Bei mir sind 3 Gigaset-Mobilteile und ein Repeater im Einsatz. Das Problem -zeitlich begrenzte Ausfälle der Verbindung- hat sich ebenfalls nach anderweitigem Einsatz der Repeater und Mobilteile bestätigt. Um dem Problem auf die Schliche zu kommen, habe ich zuerst ein Gigaset-Mobilteil mit einer Fritzbox 7340 verknüpft. Das hat keine Verbesserung erbracht. Als Nächstes habe ich ein Gigaset-Mobilteil durch ein Gerät der Marke Fritzbox ersetzt. Nach 3 Wochen im Einsatz hat sich diese Kombination (Fritzbox 7340 als Dect-Station und FRITZ!Fon M2) als stabil erwiesen.
 
Sowohl bei den Mobilteilen, den 720er als auch 510er Geräten gibt es inzwischen Firmwareupdates.
Weiterhin gilt: Nur zertifizierte Geräte in 1 Gigaset-PRO-Installation einsetzen.
