[Frage] Rotary telephone need "star key" replacement.

Hi there,

Apologies for not speaking German.
For me, the Fritzbox 7170 works as a
telephone pulse/ tone converter for my
old rotary telephones. But for the use
of telephonebook/speeddialing, answering
machine and telephone exhange i have to use the
star key twice. My old rotary telephones have
no star keys and now i want to ask if there is a
way to replace the ** into a free to program number,
in my case "17", to have access to the advanced
options with rotary phones...

I hope it would be possible...

You can disable the auto 0-dial with a DTMF phone:
#11*0* (for of FON1 Port)
#12*0* (for of FON2 Port)
#13*0* (for of FON3 Port)
#91** to store the setting permanent.
after this you can dial directly the speeddialing code 7xx or internal extension without the need of **.
But even you have to dial an additional 0 for normal externel calls.

That's exactly what i need!
And it was not in the user manual...
Is there by chance a code-list for this kind of modifications?
It's an easy DIY trick for the less experts like me.
... And then (stupid of me) i deactivated the FON3 port by clicking
on the red cross in the fritz.box portal... and now i lost FON3 and cant get it back..
Is that another topic? Or may i ask it here? (I'm still examine for solutions)
