Hallo,
im Voicemailmenü kann man ja zwei Ansagen machen. Eine für 'Nichterreichbarkeit' und eine für 'besetzt'. Die meisten Benutzer meines Asterisk-Systems verwenden X-Lite.
Nun habe ich das Problem, dass wenn jemand nicht angemeldet ist, somit also 'nichterreichbar' ist, immer die Ansage für 'belegt' abgespielt wird.
Ausserdem wünschen sich die Benutzer noch zusätzliche Ansagen z.B. für Urlaub die dann, am tollsten wäre natürlich im Voicemenu, umgeschaltet werden können.
Hat damit schon jemand Erfahrung oder sich darüber Gedanken gemacht?

Das Urlaubs-Problem kannst Du über die "Temporäre Nichterreichbarkeit"-Ansage abdecken.

Und ob Du nicht angemeldete Teilnehmer als BUSY oder als UNAVAILABLE ansagst, hängt letztendlich ausschließlich von Deiner extensions.conf ab.

Schau mal in den Diskussionsthread zu meinem Asterisk-Kurs. Da hat schonmal jemand genau die gleiche Frage gestellt. Und eine funktionierende Lösung bekommen.

Okay ... ich hab mir das jetzt alles nochmal genau angschaut. Das mit dem Urlaub ist klar. Mein Problem hierbei war, dass ich Asterisk 1.2 benutze aber noch die deutschen Ansagen für 1.0 hab :)
Aber warum die Ansage für besetzt kommt wenn das Telefon nicht besetzt ist, ist mir immernoch unklar. Wenn der DIALSTATUS gleich BUSY ist hab ich

Dann sollte doch eigentlich, wenn das Telefon nicht angemeldet ist, die UNAVAIL message kommen, oder?

Mir ist noch etwas komisches bzgl. nicht angemeldeten Softphones aufgefallen:
Wir benutzen ja auch SNOMs und diese können den Status der anderen Telefone in Form von leuchtenden und blinkenden Lämpchen anzeigen. Dafür hab ich dann den 'subscribercontext' gesetzt und mach immer fleißig 'hints'. Funktioniert eigentlich alles super, nur wenn die Softphones nicht angemeldet sind leuchten die entsprechenden Lichter am SNOM, so als würde dort jemand telefonieren. Also im prinzip das selbe (komische) verhalten wie bei der Ansage zur voicemail.

Wenn jemand dazu was weiß ists super, wenn nicht ists jetzt auch nicht so schlimm - ich hab ja jetzt schonmal 'Temporäre Nichterreichbarkeit' *freu* ;)

Das funktioniert nicht, weil Du extension s nicht mit Pattern verwenden kannst :!:
Deshalb mußt Du das für jeden einzelnen DIALSTATUS abfangen, wie in meinem bereits zitierten Beitrag beschrieben.
 
Gut ... hab ich geändert. Einmal für s-NOANSWER und einmal s-CHANUNAVAIL. Leider kommt weiterhin die Ansage, dass sich der Teilnehmer im Gespräch befände obwohl an der Nummer kein Telefon angemeldet ist. Ich schau mal weiter ... vielleicht fällt mir ja noch was auf.

Die extension.conf stammt, wie man oben schon sieht, aus dem AMPortal Projekt. Der Voicemail-Teil steht und 'macro-vm'.
 
Das ist ja gruslig. Mach Dir die extensions.conf selbst, dann weißt Du auch, was da passiert (und verstehst es vielleicht auch irgendwann)

Dein Problem liegt hier:

Da wird der Dialstatus explizit auf BUSY gesetzt - egal was das wirkliche Ergebnis war. Das ist ziemlich schwachsinnig, da damit die Funktionalität der DIALSTATUS-Variablen einfach zerstört wird. DAmit brauchst Du Dich auch nicht wundern, wenn Du kein anderes Ergebnis zurückbekommst als BUSY.
