well 1 cent does not look like will last too long ... ( to be honest finarea termination to turkey is not very good but satisfactory )

here there is another turkish provider

in eur per min cost 3.9 Euro cent

well I know that is not very cheap .. but I think their service is good ..

their servers are located in Turkey .. so your call will be terminated from the first carrier .. the quality is most probably good ..
