VTO2000A unbricking Hilfe Gesucht

Ich habe deine HWID genommen aber ich habe probleme das der Videoteil in der VTO nicht funktioniert.
Aber vieleicht hat riogrande75 eine ander HWID, andere Hardware unterschiedliche Baujahre
ist ein versuch wert.
 
Muss mal sehen, ob ich am Labor-PC noch Logs von meinen Flashorgien hab. Momentan sind leider keine UART Kabel dran um das korrekt auszulesen.
 
Hab die von meiner Test-VTO mal mit /cgi-bin/magicBox.cgi?action=getSystemInfo abgefragt:

hallo,
es handelt sich hierbai um die vto 2000a-2
hab schon alles versucht komme nicht weiter.
einmal hat es geklappt das tftp weiter ging aber seitdem passierte nic mehr immer das selbe failed.txt file not found or no access. ein bild hier was im root ordner von tftp ist, einmal die command und dann der verbindungsabbruch.
bitte um hilfe

Hab denn genommen weil der Lieferant mir die Software geschickt hat und ich es nicht besser wusste. Und schon am Ende meines Lateins war.

Hallo, wir schon in einem anderen Thread geschrieben, habe ich eine DemoVTO nun wieder zum laufen bekommen (SIP 4.3). Leider bekomme ich jedoch weder in der WebGUI ein Bild (Error 2154 - laut der HomePage von Adobekommt kein Stream an :) - stimmt ja auch :):
Ein SnapShot scheitert leider ebenfalls: Error - Bad request.

Habe nun auch über magicBox mal die HWID ausgelesen:

Auf meiner produktiven VTO ist es:

Wenn ich von meiner produkt. VTO mit den Info aus diesem Thread nehme, habe alle anderen VTO auch diese.
Kann der Fehler, dass ich kein Bild bekomme, wirklich an der HWID liegen ?

Interessant ist, dass sowohl die MacAdresse, als auch die Seriennummer NICHT dem Aufkleber auf der VTO entsprechen.

Servus, es liegt an deiner IP Adresse! Du hast keinen Kontakt zu TFTP. Der TFTP muss die selbe IP wie der pc habe!
 
Hallo, ich habe mir nun das UART-Kabel besorgt und würde nun gerne die HWID ändern. Leider bin ich ich Moment wohl etwas zu blond.

Auch das schaut für mich jedenfalls in Ordnung aus.

Nun habe ich im Bootloader versucht die HWID zu ändern. Leider bekomme ich aber bei "armbenv" ein "Unknown command 'armbenv' - try 'help'" zurück.
Das muss ich doch im Bootloader ändern oder nicht ?

EDIT (03.02. - 22:53):
Konnte mich über Putty und ssh auf der VTO2000A anmelden, aber ein Kommando "armbenv" ist leider unbekannt und ein "armbenv -s HWID VTO2000A:0:4:1:3:5:0:1:9:3:3:0:1B0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0" wird auch leider nicht mit einem "save" bestätigt.
Jeder Tipp ist willkommen.

Hier mal ein Link von einem kompletten Boot. Evtl. sieht ja jemand, warum ich keinen VideoStream habe bzw. auch der Snapshot nicht funktioniert. Evtl. liegt es ja auch hier an nicht geladenen Treibern.

Das einspielen eines neuen Bootloaders "1.46t(DM365)22:32:49 Mar 5 2019" brachte leider keinen Erfolg mit dem VideoStream.
Suche immer noch nach der Info wie man die HWID ändern kann.

Bist du dir denn absolut sicher, dass es an dem liegt? Hast du mal die HW mit der "produktiven" verglichen?
Was steht hinten auf der "kaputten" VTO drauf? Soweit ich mich erinnere, steht doch da die HW ID drauf.
Funktioniert die VTO bis auf Video sonst überhaupt? MCU Upgrade auch gemacht?
 
Was heisst hier sicher ? Sicher bin ich mir nicht, aber ich bin zumindest am Ende meiner Ideen.

Die HWID stehen hinten nicht drauf.

Fakt ist, dass egal welche FW ich nehme, nonSip (3.12, 3.20) oder SIP (1.20, 4.30), dass der Videostream nicht funktioniert und auch der Snapshot nicht. Wenn man sich das Log anschaut, sieht man auch ohne Ende Error.

Sofern Du noch eine andere Idee hat - immer her damit.
Zumindest würde ich gerne die HWID mal testen - nur weiss ich nicht wie ich die ändere.

Und ja, der Rest funktioniert ohne Probleme.

Das Flachbandkabel habe ich bereits mehrfach optisch kontrolliert.

EDIT (05.02 - 10:25):
Ich darf wieder mitspielen :).
Es lag tatsächlich an der HWID. Nachdem ich mit dem Kommando "setenv HWID VTO2000A:0:4:1:3:5:0:1:9:3:3:0:1B0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0" diese geändert und rebootet habe, habe ich sowohl einen Videostream, als auch SnapShots :).
Seriennummer und MAC habe ich so gelassen wie sie sind, auch wenn sie nicht den Daten auf dem Aufkleber entsprechen.
Dem Test mit Asterisks steht nun nichts mehr im Weg.

Sind Nullen. Sollte aber egal sein für dein Problem, da die Seriennummer für das keine Rolle spielt (Kamera funzt nicht?).
Du solltest eher die HWID prüfen - das könnte es auch sein, wie schon öfter hier im Forum behandelt.

In der HWID ist offenbar an der 4. Stelle verankert, welches Kameramodul verbaut ist (Parameter FVIDEO_CHIP):

In welcher Firmware ist Telnet noch drin?
Ich komme mit Telnet nicht auf die VTO2000.
 
Muss extra aktiviert werden - einfach mal hier im Forum suchen, wie das geht.
Oder du machst es mit UART - dann brauchst du nicht lange suchen. Ist wohl auch die "sicherere" Variante.

Hallo zusammen,

ich komme bei der VTO2000A-2 einfach nicht weiter. Zum recovern über den TFTP Server habe ich inzwischen alle möglichen Software Stände versucht, von Non-SIP 3.2 als auch SIP4.3. Bei aktiviertem dh_keyboard=0 erhalte ich im normalen Bootvorgang immer einen Fehler bei dem VideoDaemon (Sonia), danach wird immer ein Reboot ausgeführt.

Nach meinem Verständnis müsste doch der Videodaemon im Rahmen des kompletten Paketes auch geflasht werden oder irre ich mich da?
