Different display of time and date on two handsets Gigaset S810H.

Respect for everyone,
I have five handsets of the Gigaset S810H and the base unit of the Gigaset GO-Box 100, and it only happens that on one of the handsets it's strange to show the time and date in a different format.

Attached are the pictures where in Figures 1 and 2 it shows the correct format on the four headphones, while in Figures 3 and 4 it shows the format only on one handset

Can you adjust somewhere in the settings so that on that one handset, it shows the date format like the other four handsets?

Nothing happens when I type the codes * # 87 #> AM / PM and
* # 38 #> 24h
I tried to enter the settings and then type the codes, but nothing is happening!
Are you sure that these codes are for the S810H?

I think, you have to press the [Menu]-Button before entering the sequences...

Of course I press the menu button and then I type codes, but nothing happens!

I would ask someone who owns the S810H to try to see if they are doing the codes?

the codes work here for my SL750H in a perfect way

don't press ok
"saved" should be the message after typing the codes
then go back by pressing the red button

firmwares are already updated for GOBox and S810H both?

Both in the headset and the base, the last firmware have been loaded.

I did everything as you said, but it's not going to happen (it will not change the format of the date and time)

My apologies,

I mixed the headphones that were side by side so I took the wrong one and looked at it and the codes of course changed the date and time format from the correct to the wrong one! !

Now everything works with these codes!

then the message should appear immediately
if not so, the special functionalities were not implemented in the versioned firmware, may be it's outdated

Yes, all the headphones and the base is set to english!
Now everything works!
