Hi there, did any of you make any modifications to ipdialplan.xml ?

not yet, but I've figured out, that the dialplan is also located in the registry:
hklm\security\ohone\voip\voipphonenumber and \smsblocked number.

I've done all I can to get it running on my S710 (tried both with my sipgate and 1&1 account) and I've posted in the XDA forum monsterthread earlier.

It seems that the problem has nothing to do with the dialplan.
take the rtcdll I have posted in #60 and copy it into the htc windows directory

EDIT1: I compared your file with the one installed in /Windows and they match exactly
EDIT2: I deinstalled Sleuth WM6VoIP and installed your VM VI Black and copied the other rtcdll.dll. I've set hklm/system/voip/enableport5060 to 1.
When I reboot Wifi is off and homescreen shows: "Sipgate: No Service". When I activate Wifi, then homescreen shows "Sipgate: Searching..." and after 20 seconds it says again "Sipgate: No Service". I'm behind a company firewall so that may be the reason that it can't connect.
EDIT3: COOL!! It works. Homescreen says "Sipgate: Selected". Incoming and outgoing calls both work fine. The other party can hear me just fine. The only remaining issue to get the sound out of the earset instead of the external speaker if that is possible at all.
EDIT4: just noticed another issue. After renaming the "1" and the "2" values in HKLM\Comm\RTC\AdapterTypes I can register with my SIP provider via T-Mobile GPRS/Edge. However, when I answer an incoming call, the phone returns to the Home screen. Does this mean T-Mobile blocks RTP ports?

BTW: I tried to install Sleuth's WM6VoIP.cab in the WM6 std emulator, but I get a "the program cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions". Is there a trick to get it installed in the emu? Perhaps by installing a cert or by a manual copy and registry key install?

Hallo,
Folgendes Tool könnte interesant sein fring. Man muss beim installieren/registrieren seine Handynr. angeben und bekommt dann einen Link aufs Handy. Scheint alles kostenlos zu sein...

Hatte noch keine Zeit es intensiv zu testen. Installation, Anmeldung bei SIP-Provider, Anruf tätigen und entgegennehmen funktioniert problemlos. Sprachqualität habe ich noch nicht testen können...

Yeah free of charge and from technical point of view not bad. However, you will have to trust them. Since you allow them all your external accounts (e.g. for SIP) and all your calls are tunneled through Fring servers. I won't sell them my soul. Do you?

Löschen und bearbeiten!

Ich kann die Prov0SIPSettings Datei unter \Windows\System\VoIP nicht löschen oder bearbeiten!
Die ist entweder schreibgeschützt oder wird vom System verwendet!

Auch das Programm zum editieren funktioniert bei mir nicht, ich schätze aus dem selben Grund!

Hab mal ein paar Testgespräche mit fring geführt:
- Ich kann angerufen werden und auch selbst Gespräche beginnen
- Mein Gesprächspartner hört sein eigenes Echo
- Die Qualität bei mir ist in Ordnung, allerdings wird der Lautsprecher genutzt (was vermutlich auch dazu führt, dass mein Gesprächspartner sein Echo hört)
- Wegen des Echos ist ein längeres Gespräch nicht möglich

Da es eine Beta-Version ist, hoffe ich, dass die Vollversion (die hoffentlich auch noch kostenlos ist) Abhilfe schafft

Mit Fring komm ich bei meinen Provider Einstellungen auch nicht weiter!

Domain: a1.net
Outbound-Proxy: sip.a1.net:5060;transport=udp
SIP Port: 5060

Firewallfreischaltungen: 80.75.44.240/26 port 5060 protokolle udp und tcp, und die ports 50000 - 50500 protokoll udp

Hallo, ich hab mal ne kurze Zwischenfrage:

Ich habe eine Beta von Wm6 auf meinen Mda Pro und weil ich nächste Woche in Norwegen bin, möchte ich gerne über meinen IP-Phone-Anbieter Sipnetworks.de telefonieren.

Ich möchte im Hotel, den Wlan-Access (Hotspot) nutzen.

Welche Tarife gelten dann?

Gelten dann die Deutschland-Tarife?

Oder der Tarif, wenn ich von Deutschland nach Norwegen telefonieren möchte?

Wenn ich über Wlan tele, müsste doch der Deutschland-Tarif gelten oder?

Du verbindest dich ja mit einem deutschen Server, also werden dann wohl auch die dazu passenden Tarife gelten. Wenn es einen Server in Norwegen gibt mit dem du dich verbinden kannst dann kannst du das ja auch machen.

Der Sip-Client von WM 6 scheint ja nicht schlecht zu sein aber ich habe da noch ein "kleines" Problem: Ich kann díe Gegenseite nicht hören weder über Headset noch über Bluetooth. Wer hat eine IDEE

Noch mal zu meinen Problem: Wenn ich jemanden über den Sip-Client von WM 6 anrufe (über Asterisk) setzt er mir ein 4-stellige Nummer selbständig davor. Wo kann ich dieses herausnehmen. Fragen 2: Ich kann die Gegnseite nicht hören, egal ob ich anrufe oder angerufen werde, die Verbindung zur gegenseite ist super. WER KANN MIR HELFEN.

Wie man in den Wald hineinruft, so schallt es heraus. Der Ton macht die Musik, und Deiner ist etwas daneben. Auch steht in meinem #62, wo Du die Einträge in der Registry findest.

OHHHH da sind wir aber entfindlich, aber die Frage kann man auch anders lesen , aber was soll das. Diesen Link habe ich auch gesehen aber ich verseheh es nicht Ich will ja nur, das nicht selbständig etwas davor gesetzt wird, das zum Problem 1 und Problem 2 wieso verstehe ich die gegenseite nicht. :idea:

kinski: any idea why 1&1 doesn't work with WM6 VoIP client? It all works well with e.g. Sipgate.
