VTO2000A-C nach FW Update nicht mehr erreichbar

Ist die VTH denn im vdpconfig sichtbar und kann initialisiert werden ?
 
Ja, die VTH sowie eine weitere VTO mit der 4.3 SIP SW sind verfügbar und funktionieren einwandfrei.

Nachtrag: Das Problem ist ja nicht die Funktion der Klingelanlage untereinander, sondern dass die eine VTO einfach nur schwarz bleibt (kein Menü, kein nichts), trotz recovern
 
Hm, bin jetzt auch kein Experte im Log lesen, mich wundert nur, dass eine web-Partition erstellt wird - glaube aber kaum, dass das das Problem ist.

Anbei noch der Bootlog von der Software VTH_PK_Firmware_AV-2DI-01_V3.200.0000.0.r.20170922.bin. Den Bootloader habe ich mit UART mittels TFTP als auch über STLink32 geflasht, nur hat sich am Ergebnis leider nichts verändert.

Du hast ein komplett falsches Partition Layout. Wie bist du denn auf die Idee gekommen, sowas zu flashen...

Ohne gui-Partition kann die VTH auch nichts anzeigen. Dafür brauchst du sicher keine web-Partition, die brauchen nur die VTO's (für das WebIf).
Hättest du einfach mal ganz kurz die Suchfunktion bemüht, dann hättest du z.b. das hier gefunden. Da sind sogar die Kommandos, etc. genau beschrieben.
 
OK, danke für den Tip. Allerdings habe ich die Kommandos aus dem Post auf der ersten Seite verwendet. Als dann nix ging hatte ich in der Tat das Kommando "run dw" ausgeführt. Als Meldung wurde angezeigt, dass die Datei nicht gefunden wurde.

Beim Flashen der letzten 3.2 Software wurde jedoch "run dw" nicht ausgeführt. Die Frage ist nun, wie ich die Partitionen nun bereinigen könnte (am besten mittels UART und TFTP)?
 
Einfach mal ein wenig in die Thematik einlesen, einen der zahlreichen Threads mit seriellem Flashen komplett durchackern und dann verstehst du auch, was du da tust.
 
sei mir nicht böse aber nach 2 Tagen hin-und her flashen sehe ich den Wald vor lauter Bäume nicht mehr.

Habe soeben erneut mittels UART und Anleitung geflasht. Ausgeführt wurden die Kommandos:

Nach Neustart wurde erneut die Partition "web" erstellt. Dann sag mir doch Mal, was hier nicht befolgt wurde, wenn das so offensichtlich ist?

bekommst du denn jetzt in diesem Zustand die General_VTH1550CHW-2_Eng_P_V4.000.0000.0.R.20180622.bin bzw. General_VTH1550CHW-2_Eng_SIP_V4.300.0000000.4.R.20190321.bin per VDPConfig geflasht und ein Clear Config gemacht?
 
leider ist mit VDPConfig nicht möglich, da im Netzwerk die VTH nicht sichtbar. Auch mit Portscanner bekomme ich im Port 3800 keine Rückmeldung. Aktuell habe ich leider nur Zugriff mittels UART und TFTP. Habe soeben komplett die General_VTH1550CHW-2_Eng_P_V4.000.0000.0.R.20180622.bin geflasht und sehe erneut, dass die Web Partition erstellt wurde.

Nachträgliches einzelnes "run dg" brachte leider auch keine Abhilfe. Exisitert evtl. ein Kommando um den kompletten Flash Speicher zu löschen?
Habe unter "help" das Kommando "erase" festgestellt, allerdings erhalte ich nach Absetzen keine Rückmeldung in der Console.

Ja, die VTH sowie eine weitere VTO mit der 4.3 SIP SW sind verfügbar und funktionieren einwandfrei.

Nachtrag: Das Problem ist ja nicht die Funktion der Klingelanlage untereinander, sondern dass die eine VTO einfach nur schwarz bleibt (kein Menü, kein nichts), trotz recovern

Jetzt kläre mich doch bitte noch mal auf! Was geht denn nun wie und was nicht? die VTO ist schwarz und die VTH flashst du ständig? Ich blicke nicht durch.
 
srry für die Verwirrung. Ich habe 1 VTO2000A-2 und 2 VTH1550CHW-2.
Die VTO sowie 1 VTH laufen mit der SIP SW 4.3 und sind in VDPConfig sichtbar.
Die zweite VTH ist das Problem, die ich auch mittels UART/TFTP flashen kann, jedoch nicht über VDP. Hier ist das Problem mit der web Partition.
 
Vielleicht hilft da die Konfiguration der 2. VTH zu löschen.
Gib mal über die Console "help" ein. Da ist bestimmt ein Befehl dabei.

Komischerweise werden die Parameter nach "recover" ausser Acht gelassen. In Hochkommas 'recover default env' wird auch nicht akzeptiert. Ergebnis ist immer "Unknown command 'recover' - try 'help' "

Kann es sein, dass hier ein Wackelkontakt im seriellen Kabel war?

Ignoriere mal dass "web" angezeigt wird. Wichtig ist, dass bei Eingabe von "pri" die "gui" dabei ist.

Ich würde jetzt die gleiche Version inklusive Bootloader wie auf der funktionierenden VTH flashen und den Bootvorgang Zeile für Zeile von Beiden vergleichen. Vielleicht hast Du 2 unterschiedliche Hardwareversionen.

Insbesondere diesen Abschnitt:

( Ich z.B. habe gleichzeitig 3 Stück VTH5221DW-C bestellt und eine davon hat eine andere Hardwareversion. Da ging bei einer neueren Firmware der Tochscreen nicht, hat zwar Bild gehabt, aber nicht auf Berührungen reagiert. Mit einer anderen (älteren?) Version gingen alle 3 gleich.)

In dem Ordner mit den ganzen "*.bin" Dateien ist doch eine "update.bin" drin. Du könntest mal probieren, ob der Befehl "run up" funktioniert.


Um die Konfiguration zu löschen probiere mal:
