Which standards? The problem with standards is, there are to many of them in this case.

This is true, there are many standards. I am not sure why they are called industrial standards then.

For example, if DECT exists as a standard, implementation of should be the same for most of the options on any brand, such as Panasonic, Gigaset or anyone else.

Can you imagine that other things such as power supply, gasoline or anything else are done that way?

Android phones and PC-s with are the best example of half implemented standards.

The latest thing where i live is, that telco operators do not want to enable/implement VoLTE/VoWiFi calling properly citing bogus reasons such that phone must be purchased form the operator, certified and configured for their service. The real reason is their incompetence, lack of funding in order to provide proper service and lack of legal framework for regulating their service.

Can you imagine that Boeing airplanes and Airbus airplanes cannot use same airports, control towers, kerosene, and so on?

Contacted avm support and they informed me that the option is not available through GUI.

I am assuming it is available through other channels such as config file editor or Freetz...

Will try to find any info in config file...

The sim card in an android phone works fine and sends successfully dtmf codes.

I have a Gigaset connected directly to F!B via DECT. There is no any option regarding DTMF codes in
the menu of the phone.

DTMF cards also does not work via Fon app for F!B.

Will try to use Gigaset via its own base and Fon port to see if it makes any change.

I expected that F!F C6 would have more options and better integration than Gigaset to F!B via DECT.

If I can remember correctly, Panasonic is even worse with integration to F!B via DECT.

It reminds me on the time when people carried small buzzers in the pocket for that purpose. I thought the time is long gone.

The info provided there does not corresponds to user interface on F!B.

After step 3 information that is mentioned does not exist on the F!B page.

Send the picture of F!B ui back to avm with explanation along with a log without much hope.

It looks like calling over GSM was an afterthought, neither well designed, implemented nor tested.

Tried to connect external dect base via cable over fon1 port to see if there is any difference, none.

Tried to put a pause in the dial sequence, so phone will send automatically a number, nothing.

Even some UI elements in the Mobile number settings are on German while complete UI is on English.

There is a pic in the attachment if someone is interested...

Sim card works fine in an Android device as well as a feature (dumb) phone and IVR responds properly.

What is the difference between 4G Systems XS stick p14, 1&1 w21v and w21s? Which chipset is used? Are they better supported/compatible with F!B and/or Telco network?

I am thinking to move lte sticks if I could get anything better.

In the mean while, I am using ZTE MF283 with the sim card and it sends DTMF tones to IVR. It is connected to F!B 7590 phone line port, but it is way too many cables and wires here instead of just having a working modem...

Guten Morgen,
Ich habe ein Problem nach einen SIM-Karten Provider Wechsel.
Haben eine W1209 und hatte O2 lief gut, über USB Verlängerung.
Jetzt bin ich zur Telekom gewechselt und bekomme einfach keine dauerhafte Verbindung.
Das Modem wird zwar gefunden und nach einer Weile auch kurzzeitig 2G bei der Telekom, aber das flappt dann immer.
Ich habe 2m USB Verlängerungskabel und auch in dem Rahmen alle Standorte probiert.
Kann es sein, das der Stick nicht sauber an der 7690 und/ oder mit der Telkom SIM funktioniert?
Ich nutze das aktuelle 8.20 OS.
Gibt es ähnliche Erfahrungen?

Es gibt aktuell Probleme, wenn es sich um sog. Multi-SIM Karten handelt. Das soll mit einem neuen Fritz!OS behoben werden. Oder ist die Karte vom Aufbau her älter, wo die Formate quasi noch "herausgebrochen" werden mussten?

Und auch ja ist eine neue MultiSIM der Telekom, aber die SIM ist immer noch zu „herausbrechen“.
Lohnt sich hier schon die aktuelle Labor 8.24?

Bei der "MultiSIM" gibt es leider Probleme, welche derzeit auch noch mit der letzten 8.24 noch nicht behoben sind.

Ich habe mir einen W1220 besorgt und auch ohne etwas zu ändern, wird die SIM erkannt und bleibt sauber bei T-Mobile online. Zumindest Telefonie konnte ich erfolgreich testen. Der Ausfallschutz muss warten bis ich @Home freien Bahn habe. ;-)

sorry vorweg, falls es bereits auf meine Frage eine Antwort gibt, die ich trotz Suche nicht gefunden habe.
Ich möchte meinen 1und1 stick W1220 an einem Repeater betreiben - geht das? Ausprobieren ist nur bedingt möglich, weil ich nie weiß, ist gerade keine mobil Verbindung vorhanden oder geht es einfach nicht
Folgende Topologie: Glasfaser über Provider ONT (wird von Westnetz administriert - Glasfasertarif bei 1und1) - von dort über LAN1 (also IP Client Betrieb) in eine fritz 5530 - diese als Mesh Master und über LAN verbunden mit Fritz 7690,die im Repeater Modus läuft. An der 7690 soll der Stick ran, da die 5530 keinen USB hat.
Ja, die 5530 könnte an Stelle des Provider ONT auch direkt an Glasfaser angeschlossen werden, da dies aber über ein Ticket zu realisieren ist und nicht einfach über ein Telefonat, besteht die Befürchtung eines mehrtägigen Internetausfalls - das soll erst gemacht werden, wenn mal wieder Urlaub angesagt ist.

This is the second possibility I will try - but the 5530 is the first box at Fiber house point. If it had a USB I would take this one for mobile phone, cause the signal there is better. But no system is perfect Thank you all

It is also possible to use usb extension cable with or without a hub to change the position of usb dongle, if that helps, or run a different topology from providers on a cable to 7690 wan port and then to 5530.

Gute Neuigkeit: Ich hatte für die fehlende Signalisierung anonymer Anrufer im Januar ein Ticket erstellt und Protokolle hochgeladen, nun bestätigt der Support, dass es in der nächsten Labor behoben wird:
