ich möchte Euch nur über den miesen Kundenservice bei Freevoipdeal informieren und Euch dazu folgende Konversation mit denen zeigen:
Description customer: Hallo,
last week we`ve got problems with our internet, so Movistar changed our ADSL-Router on thursday, 31/01/2013. Now internet runs perfectly except my SIP device.
Since Thursday it doesn`t connect to the freevoipdeal-server. I asked Movistar, because before changing the router I haven`t got any problem with the connections of my SIP device, the problems startet changing the router. They told me, that we have to configurate the router, but they don´t know the configuration items, which are necessary, and I have to ask you.
My SIP device is a Siemens Gigaset S685IP, the router is from Movistar (Spain), it's a Amper Home Station ADSL Amper ASL-26555.
I would be appreciate it if you can help me telling me all the necessary configuration items of my router.

We have checked the system and everything works on our side. Please check the settings for SIP on our website: http://www.Freevoipdeal.com/en/sipp.html
Our system is compatible with all standard SIP equipment. If you have problems setting up the service please consult the instruction manual of your hardware or your SIP provider

thank you for your message, but it isn't the answer to my question. I didn't asked how to configurate my SIP device, but I need to know how to configurate my new ADSL-Router. Because after changing the router my SIP can't connect to the freevoipdeal-server. So I have to respect some special configurations of the router which I don't know and Movistar also doesn't know. So please could you give me this important information how I have to configure my ADSL-Router? If you can´t help me, I have to change the provider, because my SIP can´t connect your server, I will use another one.
